The Consumer Experience

Two distinct workflows — one for receiving a new cylinder, another for returning an empty one. Each flow is secured with real-time QR verification and rotating TOTP codes.

Secure Cylinder Delivery

When the delivery agent arrives with a new cylinder, you open the ThreatAvoids app and scan the cylinder's QR code. Then you ask the agent for their TOTP verification code, enter it in your app, and once verified — the cylinder is registered to your account with full real-time analytics.
